Can online training really teach close-quarters combat?
Online training teaches the methodology-the principles, frameworks, and techniques. You’ll then practice with partners or at in-person courses. Network members consistently arrive at ECQC classes better prepared than those who don’t have the foundational knowledge. Think of it as the playbook that makes your physical training 10x more effective.
I'm not in great shape. Is this for me?
